不得代人宣傳

任何個人或團體在未得候選人同意之前,不可以自行製作選舉廣告支持該候選人或攻擊其對手,也不可以自行在與選舉無關的活動中自發為候選人拉票。

No advertisement without consent of the candidate

No individual or group may produce election advertisement promoting the election of a candidate or prejudicing the election his or her opponent(s), without the consent of the candidate.

貼海報要授權

於在私人地點展示選舉廣告,須由候選人向有關業主或佔用人徵求書面准許或授權。

Posters display should be authoritsed

Written permission is required from the private owner or occupier for display of election advertisement in private spots.

管理處要公平對待候選人

大廈公用部分的管理組織(如業主立案法團 、 互助委員會、物業管理公司等)須對所有候選人提供公平及平等的對待,一視同仁地處理他們在大廈公用部分展示選舉廣告或進行競選活動的申請。

Management bodies should be fair to the candidates

Manager of the common parts of a building (such as owners’ corporation, mutual aid committee, management companies, etc) must provide fair and equal treatment to all candidates, and handle their applications of election advertisement display and electioneering activities equally.

支持要有書面同意

若候選人將某人或某組織的姓名、名稱、標識或圖像納入其選舉廣告中,以示得到支持,必須取得有關人士或組織的事先書面同意。

Written consent required for inducation of support

If a candidate includes the name, logo or pictorial representation of a person or an organisation in his/her election advertisement as an indication of support from that person or organisation, he/she has to obtain prior written consent to the inclusion.

不得脅迫候選人或選民

威脅對某人施用武力或脅迫手段,而誘使該人在選舉中投票或不投票,提名或不提名,以及參選或不參選,都是舞弊行為。

No force or duress against candidates or voters

Any act to affect a person voting or not voting, running or not running, by force or duress, is a corrupt conduct.

不得發放虛假個息

任何人均不得發布任何關於某候選人且屬虛假達關鍵程度或具誤導性達關鍵程度的事實陳述,藉以促使或阻礙該候選人當選。

No false or misleading information

A person must not publish any materially false or misleading statement of fact about a particular candidate or particular candidates for the purpose of promoting or prejudicing the election of the candidate or candidates.

職位可影響他人者要注意言行

本身處於可向他人施加壓力及影響地位的人士, 例如僱主對僱員、學校校長或教師對學生、神職人員對信徒及醫生對病人等,應小心避免觸犯《選舉(舞弊及非法行為)條例》的規定。

Persons in influential possitions should be careful with their conduct

Persons in position to exert pressure and influence on others, such as employers over employees, school principals or teachers over students, religious advisers over believers and doctors over patients, etc, should be careful not to breach the provisions under the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance.

提供交通接送時不得宣傳

協助選民前往投票站切不可促使或阻礙任何候選人當選,或誘使選民投票或不投票予某候選人,否則會觸犯《選舉(舞弊及非法行為)條例》。

No canvassing during transportation assistance

Assistance provided to the electors in accessing the polling station should not involve any acts of promoting or prejudicing the election of any candidate or be an inducement to the electors in voting or not to vote for any particular candidate(s). Otherwise, it will be a violation of the Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance.

不得提供飲食娛樂

任何人不得在任何期間為他人提供食物、飲料或娛樂,或償付用於提供該等食物、飲料或娛樂的全部或部分費用,藉以影響該人或第三者的投票選擇。

No provision of food, drink, or entertainment

A person must not at any time provide or meet all or part of the cost of providing another person with any food, drink or entertainment for the purpose of influencing that person’s or a third person’s voting preference.
