鼓勵員工舉報嘅公司,長遠點生存?

He Won't Sell Anybody Out To Buy His Future! 

講過好多次,一間公司成唔成功,無咗中低層員工支持,根本成唔到事,但係一間公司失唔失敗,有無做錯重大決定,只有高層至有咁嘅權力同埋本事,點可能賴下層累事。

咁,唔該話畀我知,邊個至應該負起經營失敗嘅全責?邊個至係實際上嘅罪魁禍首喇?

諉過予人,抑或下詔罪己?
順水推舟,抑或懸崖勒馬?

諗起阿爾柏仙奴喺《女人香》飾演失明退休軍官,片尾為助手兼學生查理辯護,大義凜然,講咗一番發人深省嘅說話,醍醐灌頂:

Believe me! Don't destroy ... protect it ... embrace it.

有邊間公司,鼓勵員工舉報,係咪變相獎勵篤灰,報寸,分化,二五,牆頭草,見風轉舵,笑𥚃藏刀,互不信任,呢啲惡劣形容詞,同正直勇氣原則胸襟性格,相去以里計,其實做生意同做人一樣樣,失民心,失員工信心,咁就痛失天下。

褒獎前者,同時厭惡後者,將生產力同埋服務,棄之如敝屣,等同自斷雙臂,喺競爭激烈嘅情況下,長遠嚟講,又點能夠生存呢?
